Note: The Swedish weather in August can vary. The temperature can be around 12 degrees Celsius in the morning and evening to up to 25 degrees during the day. We advise you to bring an extra sweater and check the weather forecast at www.smhi.se The site is also in English.
Day 1, Monday, August 25th
The meeting will start at 8.30 am with registration. You will be seated the latest 9.00 am.
Note: You will be served a light breakfast, lunch and dinner at Winterviken. You will not be able to reach the hotel or leave the conference until late evening. Immediately after the conference, there will be a boat tour followed by the dinner event at Winterviken, which means that you can't return to the hotel before dinner.
The Boat Tour
We will take an approximately one hour tour of Lake Mälaren on original Swedish steam boats starting from the Alfred Nobel bridge at Winterviken. You will be served drinks and Swedish snacks. To be sure, bring a sweater to keep you warm.
Night Cap
After the dinner event the buses from Winterviken will make a stop on the way to the hotels. If you like, you are most welcome for a drink at the terrace of the new Bonnier Headquarters Kungsgatan 49.
Day 2, Tuesday, August 26th
The meeting will continue, beginning at 8.30 am and ending at 4.00 pm, including lunch and coffee breaks.
Hotels: You received your hotel confirmation when you registered for the conference.
Note: The conference participant, upon checking out, will pay for the hotel room. If you arrive on Monday, don't worry, you will be able to check in late in the evening.

Transportation to and from Winterviken:
Day 1, Monday August 25th
Buses to Winterviken will depart from the First Hotel Amaranten and Clarion Hotel Sign at 8.00 am.
Buses from Winterviken will depart approximately 10.00 pm to the city and to the hotels.
Day 2, Tuesday August 26th
Buses to Winterviken will depart from the First Hotel Amaranten and Clarion Hotel Sign at 8.00 am
After the conference, a bus from Winterviken to City, Stockholm, Klarabergsviadukten, will depart at 4.00 pm. From there you can continue to Arlanda Airport with the Arlanda Express train (20 minutes).
The bus trip will take around 30 minutes in the afternoon traffic.
